Experience Spain: Castilla y León will bring a taste of Spain to London and Manchester this month. Food and wine producers are collaborating to show the region’s gastronomic potential. 30 food and wine producers are coming to London on 27 October and Manchester on 29 October as part of Experience Spain: Castilla y León. The two days will highlight the range of products made in Castilla y León, Spain’s largest autonomous community. The aim is to showcase regional produce, which includes both famous and less familiar items, and allow producers to meet the UK food and wine trade to discuss future collaborations.

In this practical, jargon-free session, Vallikat Peethamber, Co-Founder of VectorPeak, explores how Causal AI is changing what "intelligent automation" actually means — moving beyond systems that simply spot patterns to systems that understand cause and effect well enough to justify their own conclusions.

Drawing on real deployment work across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, Vallikat will walk through what this means in practice with the Canon+ framework: how a single, consistent reasoning approach can replace a patchwork of opaque models, and the steps organisations can take now to start building AI systems that are not just accurate, but accountable.

An introduction course providing candidates with fundamental skills and knowledge to prepare and process a system of classifying their parts for both import and export. It is fully supported with user friendly and up-to-date notes (including practical experience on classifying products using the UK Global Tariff) to ensure the skills learned can be used effectively back in the workplace.
