Julia Onslow-Cole

LCCI Chair and Partner, Fragomen LLP
Julia is a Partner at Fragomen focusing on Global Government Strategies and Compliance. She divides her time between Fragomen’s London and Dubai offices and supports clients worldwide to optimise global mobility strategies, enhance compliance and leverage best practice in all critical immigration related policies including crisis management.

Richard Burge

Chief Executive, LCCI
Richard Burge is the Chief Executive of LCCI,  the capital’s largest independent business advocacy and support organisation. Richard is an expert in global affairs, trade, development and economic policy. Over the last three decades Richard has operated at the intersection of government, business, and civil society, working across organisations and sectors to address complex global challenges.

Neil Stanfield

Financial Director and Secretary
Neil Stanfield has been the finance director and secretary of LCCI since 2011 having joined the company in 1999 as its Finance Manager. He joined the Board in 2016. At LCCI he is responsible for its on-going financial health and the safe custody of its assets. He is a member of the Board and secretary of the London Chamber of Arbitration, and is primary controller of the Chamber’s Protected Cell Company based in Guernsey.

Liz Henderson

Director of Membership and Events
Liz Henderson joined LCCI in October 2018 as the Director of Membership and Events. Liz started her career in marketing in the energy sector and has a proven track record of delivery of transformational brand, loyalty and engagement programmes within iconic brands including British Gas, Centrica, the AA and Saga PLC.

Peter Bishop

UKNATACO Advisory Board
Peter Bishop is chair of the Advisory Board of the UK National ATA Carnet Organisation, having previously (2004-13) chaired the World ATA Carnet Council and Committee. He edits London Business Matters magazine which covers business and the arts in the UK capital for which he is reporting on the World Chambers Congress in Geneva.

Davor Mckinley

Head of ATA Carnet Procedures and Compliance
Davor has been heading up the LCCI’s trade documentation department since 2008 and UKNATACO since November 2022. He represents the UK at the World ATA Carnet Council and has been a member of the ICC Digital Carnet Project Team since 2017. His expertise includes trade documentation, rules of origin and trade facilitation.

Marta Kozlowska

Head of International
Marta focuses on building partnerships and creating networks across geographies and cultures. At LCCI, she is responsible for developing and implementing an international strategy that reflects London’s role and needs as a global city, working with key partners and global chambers to help businesses thrive and build prosperity for communities. 

Cathy Scott

Stakeholder Engagement Manager
Cathy Scott is Stakeholder Engagement Manager at LCCI, responsible for relations with key partners such as chambers of commerce, and other business organisations, educational establishments and representatives of the many cultural and arts bodies that make up the rich composition of the London community.

Mark Jenkinson

Environment, Sustainability and Green Growth Committee Chair. Director, Crystal Associates
With over 30 years of international business experience, Mark is Director and Founder of sustainability and technology consultancy Crystal Associates, Partnership Lead at Energy Garden, a member of TfL Commercial Development’s Sustainable Development Advisory Panel, a Tech London Advocate and Mentor for a PropTech incubator.
