Learn how Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) can empower and benefit your business, putting it in control and providing solutions to resolve disputes in a constructive, cost-effective and efficient way. London Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation (LCAM) has been launched by LCCI to provide online and in person arbitration, expedited arbitration and mediation services to businesses. Stephen Bate, Arbitrator and Mediator on the LCAM Panel along with Jane Player, Leading Mediator on the LCAM Board will lead the discussions.


Trading through Coronavirus and managing your contracts

Navigating your way through the variety of funding options is never easy at the best of times; the economic impact of the pandemic has made it a whole lot more difficult. The government has intervened with some ambitious schemes to provide loans and investment to help with the immediate impact. However, non-bank finance provides an alternative route for ambitious businesses. Peter Bishop, Deputy Chief Executive, LCCI interviews Alex Veitch CMILT PIEMA, Head of Multimodal and International Policy, Freight Transport Association on the impact of the pandemic on the freight industry (land, sea and air) including:

  • What is happening in the freight world now
