He brings over 23 years of senior operational leadership at Shell across the UK, the Netherlands, Nigeria, and Singapore, having held executive roles spanning Project Engineering, Asset Management, Contracting and Procurement, and Real Estate and Infrastructure. Malije is an alumnus of Wharton Business School and IMD Lausanne and holds a B.Eng. (Hons) from the University of Benin.
