Mental Wealth Festival

The Mental Wealth Festival returns to City Lit from 7 to 10 October 2026 for its 12th year. Bringing together experts, artists and communities, the festival features talks, workshops, panel discussions, creative activities and performances focused on mental health and wellbeing. Through education, creativity and connection, it offers opportunities to learn, reflect, share experiences and discover practical ways to support wellbeing in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
