LCCI MIPIM 2018 delegation
LCCI at MIPIM 2018
For the sixth year running the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) had a high-profile presence at the expo held in Cannes, France from 13-16 March. Led by Tony Pidgley CBE, LCCI president and Berkeley Group chairman and LCCI chief executive Colin Stanbridge, our delegation included business representatives from 25 companies from the world of property and construction across the capital.

LCCI’s primary focus during MIPIM 2018 was not just on the challenges of catering for London’s rapidly increasing population, but the opportunities to capitalise upon it. Working alongside key stakeholders including the Department for International Trade, London Councils, New London Architecture (NLA) and the City of London Corporation, the delegation was focused on presenting brand London as a way to secure investment throughout the capital.
Policy priorities this year were dominated by housing, transport and skills, all critical to London’s continued success as it approaches megacity status by 2027 with a population forecast to exceed 10 million.
LCCI’s delegation was supported by leading players within the property and construction industry. See our MIPIM 2018 sponsors.
