  • What type of events do London Chamber of Commerce run?
    We run over 200 events per year, some are industry specific, some relevant to your job role and all include networking. Take a look at our Events' pages for more information or to see a full list of our events please visit the Events' Diary
  • Where are London Chamber of Commerce events held?
    Our events are held at a range of venues across London, as well as at our offices at 33 Queen Street, EC4. We believe this gives your business the opportunity to visit some great venues throughout London 
  • How many people can I expect to attend a London Chamber of Commerce event?
    This rather depends on the event! Changing Places Evening Networking Reception our bi-monthly networking event regularly attracts 120+ people, but some of our training events benefit from being in smaller groups allowing you to ask the questions most relevant to your business
  • Can I bring a non-member guest to London Chamber of Commerce events?
    Members are welcome to bring non-member guests to complimentary networking events. Please note that non-member guests are only able to attend two complimentary networking events per year. If they wish to attend more than this they will have to join the London Chamber of Commerce. Non-members are able to attend fee-paying events at the non-member rate (providing the event is open to Non-members)

Booking, paying and refunds

  • How can I pay for places at a London Chamber of Commerce event?
    You can visit our events' diary and choose the event you would like to attend, a link will then take you through to our online payment system. Alternatively you can complete the form on the back of the event flyer (this can also be downloaded from the events' diary) and return this to us with details of your credit/debit card or a cheque made payable to London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. WE DO NOT INVOICE FOR PLACES

  • Can I pay for an event using my AMEX card?
    Unfortunately our online booking system is unable to accept payment via AMEX.  Payment via AMEX can be made by completing an event booking form including your card details and sending to the Events Team.  This will be processed manually by London Chamber of Commerce

  • Can I attend an event without pre-booking my place?
    No, you MUST pre-book for all London Chamber of Commerce events (both complimentary and ticket fee events).  Unfortunately, you will be refused entry if you arrive at an event without having pre-booked your place
  • How do I check that my booking at a London Chamber of Commerce event is confirmed?
    For ticket fee events, you will receive (via post) Joining Instructions and a VAT  receipt a few days after booking your place/s. If you do not receive this information please contact the Events team on +44 (0)20 7203 1700 or

    For both complimentary and ticket fee events, you should receive a Final Event Details email approximately a week before the event.  If you do not receive this information please contact the Events team on +44 (0)20 7203 1700 or
  • I need to cancel. How do I do this? Will I still have to pay?
    Cancellations must be confirmed in writing before the date specified on the booking form. This is generally six weeks before the event.  We regret refunds cannot be made after that date and that you will be liable for all fees.  We cannot transfer bookings to future events
  • If I can't attend can I send a colleague?
    Yes you can, but we would require this information in writing, we would then be able to update any guest list. If the change of attendee is after the guest list has been printed your colleague will be welcome, but your name rather than their name will be on the guest list.  We will of course, ensure that a name badge is available for them at the event
  • How do I find the venue?
    A link to a location map will be sent to you in the Final Events Details email (this is sent approx a week before the event)  

Meeting people at the events

  • Can I see guest lists before events?
    For selected events including members will be sent a Final Events Details email (this is sent approx a week before the event) with a  link that they can click on to download a draft copy of the guest list 

    At all of our events, there is a hard copy guest list available, which guests will receive upon arriving at the event and visiting the registration desk
  • If I see the name of someone on the guest list that I want to be introduced to, can someone introduce me?
    London Chamber of Commerce members are very open to meeting new people and our networking events reflect this. If you would rather not introduce yourself, a member of the London Chamber of Commerce team will be happy to introduce you

  • How do I find out about sponsorship opportunities?
    Sponsorship opportunities are available at all our events. If you see an event listed that interests you, please contact our Sponsorship and Promotions manager on T: +44 (0)20 7556 2382  or E:  and we will be happy to provide further details
  • How could our business get involved in running an event with London Chamber of Commerce?
    There are various ways in which an organisation can get involved in the events programme, dependent on the level of participation required. Organisations can host an event, support an event, sponsor an event or just attend an event.   • How do I register my interest in speaking at a London Chamber of Commerce event?
    If you give presentations on a particular subject and would like us to keep you in mind as a possible speaker at future events please email an outline of your presentation to our Head of Events and we will contact you should appropriate opportunities arise
  • How can I be kept informed about what London Chamber of Commerce events are coming up?

  • Can I register to receive details of London Chamber of Commerce events via post or email?
    Yes, you can register with us to receive details of all our events, or all events in your specific areas of interest. Please email the Events team with your full contact details and areas of interest and we will add you to our mailing list.
    We also send out a fortnightly enewsletter that will keep you informed or our events. You or your collegues can be added to the list to receive this by contacting the Events team
  • I am on your mailing list and wish to change or remove my details. How do I do this?
