Its findings are shared with HM Treasury, the Bank of England, the Mayor of London, and other key decision-makers, ensuring that business voices contribute to shaping the policy response.
By consistently tracking a wide range of indicators, the survey helps identify early shifts in sentiment and emerging risks. It also highlights the structural factors that underpin London’s long-term competitiveness, from access to talent and finance to the cost of doing business and the global trading environment.
The Capital 500 remains a vital tool in ensuring that growth in the capital is better understood, better supported, and more widely shared.
