Uxbridge College, Park Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1NQ

This event, delivered by HRUC (Harrow, Richmond & Uxbridge Colleges), will bring together learners from across our group for a full day dedicated to industry engagement and developing the future workforce within the aviation sector. As part of our Skills for Industry initiative, this event focuses on strengthening talent pipelines by connecting learners directly with employers. The day features two key elements:

Aviation Employers Fair

Set-up from 09:30 for an 11:00 start, with the fair running until 14:00

We invite aviation employers and organisations to promote their company and opportunities, run activities on their stands with our students, showcase career pathways and training routes, and advertise current vacancies, apprenticeships, and graduate positions.

Industry Masterclasses

Running from 09:00 to 17:00

Employers are also welcome to deliver an interactive session or presentation as part of the masterclass programme, sharing insights on careers, innovation, skills development, and the future of the aviation industry.

We would be delighted for your support through hosting a stand at the Employers Fair, delivering an optional masterclass from your organisation, or promoting the event across your networks to encourage wider industry participation.

Lunch will be provided for all participating employers and speakers.

Preference Rules of Origin

Overview

This introduction course is aimed at those involved in the administration of international trade to ensure an understanding of rules of origin, product classification and item valuation to meet the demands of international trade in both exporting and importing.
