LCCI President's Reception: A Night at the British Museum
Tuesday 2 September
We were honoured to host our President’s Reception at The British Museum, where guests enjoyed an evening of networking in the magnificent Egyptian Sculpture Gallery, followed by an exclusive preview of the museum’s latest exhibition, Hiroshige: Artist of the Open Road
We heard from our Chair, Julia Onslow-Cole, and our President, Michael Mainelli, who shared inspiring reflections on LCCI and London’s global role. We were also warmly welcomed by Judith McNicol, Managing Director of The British Museum, and heard from Terri Bloore, Managing Partner at FINN Partners, our generous sponsor for the evening. Speaking about the event, Terri remarked:
“Thank you LCCI, The British Museum and partners for an incredible night. It was an honour to speak at such an iconic venue. London’s strength lies in the businesses and communities that it serves, and the city is well placed to secure a sustainable future for all. This event was an opener for such future partnerships."
A huge thank you to FINN Partners for their support as sponsor, and to The British Museum for hosting us in such a historic and inspiring setting. The evening was a celebration of connection, culture, and collaboration, and was truly an unforgettable moment in the heart of London.
The British Museum are kindly offering LCCI Members the opportunity to view the Hirsohige: artist of the open road exhibition for free until 7 September 2025. Take advantage of this fantastic offer.
