LCCI Boardroom Hire at Competitive Member Rates

Whether you’re hosting a board meeting, team catch‑up or workshop, the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Boardroom at 33 Queen Street offers a comfortable and professional setting to help your meeting run smoothly.

The Boardroom can be hired by the hour, half day or full day, giving you the flexibility to suit your schedule.

Room Features

24‑Person Boardroom

Our spacious Boardroom seats up to 24 people in a traditional boardroom layout.

The room includes:

  • Large HD screens
  • Wi‑Fi
  • Flipcharts

The Boardroom is wheelchair accessible with lift access.

Catering

We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and water for all attendees. External catering is welcome, and there are plenty of options nearby. 

We can provide plates, cutlery, and napkins on request.

Hourly Rate - £85.00 +VAT

4 hours between 9.00am – 5.30pm

Full Day Rate - £390.00 +VAT

9.00am – 5.30pm
 

Includes two servings of tea, coffee and water

Bookings are invoiced in advance and payment is required to secure room hire.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of 5+ working days before the booking date entitles you to a full refund. 

Cancellation of 4-2 working days before the booking date entitles you to 50% refund. 

Cancellation of 1 working day or less before the booking date is non-refundable.
