LCCI Members' Lounge

Exclusively for LCCI Members, our Members’ Lounge offers a welcoming drop‑in space to meet and work in the heart of the City. Whether you're meeting colleagues or clients, connecting with peers, working independently, or simply recharging with a coffee between meetings, the Members’ Lounge is the perfect spot.

Find us at 33 Queen Street, London EC4R 1AP. Open Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Meet, Connect and Work

Creating the right environment for our members to connect, collaborate, and grow their businesses is a key priority for LCCI. Our recently refurbished Members’ Lounge offers a modern, comfortable and professional space designed for both work and meetings.

The versatile lounge features a dedicated focus space, private pods for calls or one-to-ones, casual seating for meetings and a private 6-person meeting room. We also offer a 24-person boardroom available to hire at competitive rates.

Members' Lounge Access

Open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, members are welcome to use our central London Members’ Lounge as part of their membership. Complimentary tea, coffee, and Wi‑Fi is available for all visitors.

The lounge operates on a first‑come, first‑served basis; no reservation is required. Please check in at reception upon arrival. Members are welcome to hold meetings with guests in the lounge; please ensure all guests check in.

We’re delighted to introduce a new focus space, offering a dedicated area to work independently. With desk space for over 30 members, it’s the perfect spot to settle in and get some work done on your laptop. From time to time, LCCI hosts networking events in the lounge. During these occasions, members are invited to continue working in our focus space.



Pods and Meeting Spaces

In the lounge, we offer a range of meeting spaces designed for private calls, focused work and meetings with guests. All pods and the Members' Lounge meeting room are complimentary to use and subject to availability.

1-Person Pod

1-Person Pod

Named ‘The Workbooth’, this space is ideal for private calls or focused work. This pod is bookable in 15‑minute slots (up to 30 minutes total per day). Reserve your slot at reception.

2-Person Pods

2-Person Pods

Located in the Focus Space of the Members’ Lounge, we have two 2-person pods. These pods are great for one‑to‑one conversations or online meetings. The pods are bookable in 15‑minute slots (up to 30 minutes total per day). Please reserve your slot at reception.

6-Person Pod

6-Person Pod

Tucked away in the lounge, this open pod is perfect for team discussions or small meetings. Your company may book up to two hours per week. Please reserve at reception or email [email protected]

Our private meeting room in the lounge can seat up to six people and the room includes a screen and a flipchart. Your company may book up to two hours per week, please reserve your booking at reception or email [email protected]

Focus Space

Focus Space

Through the doors at the back of the lounge, you’ll find our dedicated focus area, offering desk space for over 30 members. It’s the ideal setting for laptop work, quiet tasks, and uninterrupted productivity.

The Members' Lounge is exclusively for LCCI Members. Members can hold meetings in the lounge with guests. All guests must check in at reception upon arrival.

The lounge is intended as a drop-in space for short, occasional use rather than a full-time or regular office space, and our Members’ Lounge and Meeting Room policy reflects this.

Members' Lounge and Meeting Room Policy

We expect all members to interact with other members and staff in a respectful and professional manner. Any behaviour deemed to be inappropriate or disruptive to other users will not be tolerated.

When using the lounge, all vistors must adhere to the Members' Lounge and Meeting Room Policy. LCCI reserves the right to withdraw access for companies' non-compliance with our policy.

Head/ear phones and belongings

Head/ear phones should be used when listening to video/audio or video calling.

Whilst in the lounge please keep all your belongings with you. LCCI will not be liable for any missing or damaged personal belongings including items borrowed by other members. LCCI staff cannot sign for post on behalf of members and our address should not be used for correspondence.

Food and Refreshments

You are very welcome to bring your own food and refreshments into the lounge, however please avoid strong smelling food and do not eat in the pods or booths.

Dispose of all rubbish, wipe down tables after eating or drinking, and report any spillage to reception. We also have a vending machine which members can access.

Health and Safety

Health and Safety

  • In an evacuation use the exit by the toilets, not the glass entrance (which is not a fire exit and will be protected by a fire curtain if the alarm sounds) and make your way to the assembly point at Whittington Gardens, College Street.
  • The fire alarms at 33 Queen Street are tested every Thursday at 3.00pm.
  • Ensure no wires or cables are trailing across the floor, as this could create a trip hazard. You may be asked to relocate or disconnect equipment if it poses a health and safety risk.

Data

  • Your data will be stored by LCCI and used to manage your membership.
  • When using the WiFi be aware of our privacy policy and that usage data may be collected.

Boardroom Hire at Competitive Prices

Whether you're organising a board meeting, team catch-up or workshop, our Boardroom is the perfect setting for a successful meeting. The meeting space seats up to 24 people boardroom style and is available to hire by the hour, half day or full day, providing flexibility to suit your schedule. The Boardroom is fitted with essential facilities including large HD screens and is wheelchair accessible with lift access.
