Under Maintenance: LCCI Members' Zone

LCCI's Members' Zone is down for scheduled maintenance until Thursday 24 October 2024 at midday. Unfortunately, during this period, you will be unable to log in to your LCCI online account or the LCCI Community App. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

How to Access your Benefits

Membership Renewals
To renew your membership, please connect directly with your Account Manager or contact the Membership team on +44 (0)20 7203 1713 or by email [email protected]


Booking LCCI Events
The events booking system on the LCCI website is currently unavailable however you can still book upcoming events via email. Visit the events calendar and click the contact us button on the event listing. Please include attendee details in the email and our Events team will be in touch to confirm your booking and, if applicable, take payment. Webinars can be booked as usual via the booking link on the event listing.


Promote your Offers, Venues and Events 
To list your activity on the LCCI website, please send the following details to [email protected]:

- Member Offers: short description of the offer, offer duration, unique code and company logo or image
- Venues: short description, website link and venue images 
- Events: event description maximum 80 words, event booking list and prices


Access Member Offer Codes
To access your exclusive member offers, please contact [email protected]. Once your membership has been verified, the team will share the exclusive offer codes with you.
