Asian Business Association

About the ABA

The ABA was established in 1995 - under the Chairmanship of the late Lord Gulam Noon MBE and Subhash Thakrar – in recognition of the huge contribution Asian businesses make to London’s economy.

The ABA is widely regarded as the most important forum for Asian business and is it’s voice of in London. The ABA’s success is a true reflection of the success of Asian entrepreneurs in the UK.

Since its inception, the ABA has been addressed in its programme of events by such influential figures as David Cameron, Boris Johnson, Danny Alexander, Lord Mervyn King, Lord Howard and Kenneth Clarke, as well as leading entrepreneurs including Lord Sugar and James Caan.
