Asian Business Association

About the ABA

London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Asian Business Association (ABA) was established in 1995 - under the Chairmanship of the late Lord Gulam Noon MBE and Subhash Thakrar – in recognition of the huge contribution Asian businesses make to London’s economy.

ABA is widely regarded as the most important forum for Asian business and provides a voice for the London Asian business community. The ABA’s success is a true reflection of the success of Asian entrepreneurs in the UK.

Aims of the ABA

The ABA provides a voice for the London Asian business community and represents their views to the media, local and central government. In addition to hosting networking events to enable companies to create new business connections, we facilitate cross border trade and investment particularly with areas where the Asian community has historic links.

ABA Networking Events

Our ABA events offer great opportunities to gain valuable insights and expand your connections within the Asian business community. Previous guest speakers include Rt Hon Nick Clegg, Rt Hon Vince Cable and Sir Mohammed Anwar Pervez OBE.
