VIEW LEADERSHIP TEAM

LCAM named by UK Government as Approved Arbitration Body under the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act 2022

LCAM is approved as an arbitration body to administer disputes under the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act 2022. To deliver this important mandate for the benefit of commercial landlords and tenants, we have put together a tailored fixed-fee arbitration offering with a panel of commercial arbitrators from the LCAM Panel, barristers’ chambers including Selbourne, Gatehouse, Maitland, Brick Court, Tanfield, Twenty Essex and arbitration practitioners from leading law firms. The service will be monitored by the LCAM Board. We have streamlined the process for an efficient service. To make a reference to arbitration under the Act, either the landlord or tenant can make an application. We will shortly share the relevant application form. For enquiries about the service, please email arbitration@lcam.org.uk.
