Property and Construction Summer Reception

On the sunny terrace of No. 4 Hamilton Place, insight, connections, and conversations flowed at our Property and Construction Summer Reception, which welcomed over 100 senior professionals from the industry.

We heard from our CEO, Karim Fatehi OBE, Ralph Mitchison, Partner - Head Property and Construction at Menzies LLP, Daniel Galvin, Commercial Manager - Construction Materials at Port of Tilbury and Trisha Pickersgill, Chief Executive at Crash. Their expert insights on the sector added depth to an already inspiring evening.

The evening was a testament to the work LCCI has done around the property and construction sector over the years. Recently, LCCI responded to the Planning and Infrastructure Bill, which, building from our members' insights, it emphasised the need for greater clarity, streamlined processes, and robust long-term certainty within the planning regime.
