TfL’s consultation on the Ultra Low Emission Zone proposes expanding the zone from the North and South Circular to an area covering 96% of Greater London from August 2023. The consultation will also hear views on future road user charging in the capital and a scrappage scheme to enable people to transition away from non-compliant vehicles.
