About the Trainer: Duncan Gorst, Senior Associate, Osborne Clarke, is an experienced solicitor advocate who specialises in the resolution of supply chain disputes in the manufacturing and engineering industries, in particular through international arbitration.
This course is a collaboration between the LCCI and the London Chamber of Mediation and Arbritration.
