LCCI’s City of London Association Summer Reception

On Monday 22 June 2026, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomed members and guests from across the Square Mile to the City of London Association Summer Reception, held in the Orangery and Courtyard at Haberdashers’ Hall.

We were delighted to have Alderwoman Dame Susan Langley DBE, Lady Mayor of the City of London Corporation, as our guest speaker. As an international ambassador for the UK’s financial and professional services sector, the Lady Mayor champions the City of London and the UK as a leading global destination for foreign investment.

During the networking reception, guests heard from the Lady Mayor in a keynote speech, alongside remarks from LCCI CEO Karim Fatehi OBE and LCCI's City of London Association Chair Rehana Ameer FRSA. The Square Mile remains one of the most significant business districts anywhere in the world. Its resilience, its talent, and its ability to attract investment and opportunity matter not just to London, but to the UK's standing globally.
