Overview
2026 is the year when ATA Carnets will join the digital era, going from their paper versions to the new eATA digital platform. The eATA Carnet project aims to digitalise ATA Carnets and their lifecycle management process, from issuance and declarations to transactions and claims. The eATA global transition will begin on Monday 1 June 2026 starting with the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the UK.
This session is designed for individuals and organisations who are already applying for and or using ATA Carnets to export their goods temporarily out of the UK and want to prepare for the digital transition.
